Iheanacho beats Aguero, Kane, others to award

Super Eagles youngster Kelechi Iheanacho had the best goals-to-minute ratio in the just concluded Premier League season.
The Manchester City striker scored a goal every 93.88 minutes which was a better record than Sergio Aguero, Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy.
He finished with a total of eight league goals from just 752 minutes of action, despite coming from the bench in most of his appearances.
Following his good scoring ratio, Iheanacho picked up several awards at Manchester City’s Alternative End of Season Awards on Thursday, May 19.
Having won the Best Fluke Goal, Best Disallowed Goal and Best First Touch awards, Iheanacho added the Stat of the Season to his collection on the back of having the best goals-to-minute ratio in the Premier League.
The Nigeria international finished the season with 14 goals across all competitions, including a hat-trick against Aston Villa.
The 19-year-old is also the first academy player to become a regular fixture in the first team of Manchester City.
